Cleaning

It is the key stage in the evening care routine. Cleaning enables to remove sebum, dead skin cells, make-up build-up and dust that settled on face throughout the day. If you don’t regularly and properly clean your face, make-up will never look the way you desire. To avoid disappointments, choose a face wash that’s good for your skin type. Water is equally important; distilled water is the best.

Moisturising

Regardless of the skin type, you must moisturise your skin. A night cream should be more concentrated and have richer composition than a day cream to deliver maximum skin moisture. You should apply it immediately after a bath because that’s when skin absorbs all valuable ingredients more easily. Fragile skin around the eyes requires care, too. You should choose creams designed for this part of a face. Tapping a little of a product is enough. For better results, you should get equipped in a serum which is even richer than regular moisturisers but you can only apply them to very dry skin areas of face and neck. Facial masks, used once or twice a week, will enrich your daily skincare routine.

Hair Care

If your hair tends to break and tangle, apply a spray conditioner after hair washing. The product both eases brushing and protects tresses from damage. A loose, low ponytail is a good night hairdo for long strands.

You Need your Beauty Sleep

Nothing is going to upgrade face skin as much as sleep. To see the effects, you need to sleep minimum 7-8 hours a day and go to bed before 11 p.m.
