beauty.jpgThe facial cleansing brush is becoming more and more popular. It guarantees thorough face makeup removal and deep pore cleansing. Thanks to it, the skin becomes brighter and the active ingredients of the creams penetrate the skin and nourish it better. We have electric and manual face brushes to choose from. How to use an electric face brush and what are its advantages and downsides?

How to use an electric face brush?

Before using the electric face brush, we need to remove eye makeup. Then, apply a small amount of cleansing preparation to the moist face, turn on the brush and make circular movements on the face. Do not press the brush too much, because it will reduce the strength of its movements, and hence – it will reduce the effectiveness of cleansing. The procedure takes about a minute. If you have sensitive skin or are just starting your adventure with an electric face brush, turn it on for only 30 seconds. The brush is suitable for the care of not only the face, but also the neck and cleavage.

Electric facial brush – advantages

According to the manufacturers, the electric facial brush cleanses the skin up to six times more effectively than your own hands. The brush uses sonic technology, that’s why it makes up to 300 oscillatory movements per second, thanks to which it removes all the makeup, impurities and sebum from the skin, and deeply cleanses the pores. What’s more, the electric facial brush combats imperfections and dry skin and delays ageing of the skin.

Electric face brush – downsides

The electric facial brush works quite intensively, therefore, at the beginning, it must be taken into account that some contaminants may break out on the skin surface. Another disadvantage is the costs that we bear not only on the start (purchase of the brush), but also every 3 months (replacement of the head). In addition, not everyone can use an electric face brush. The list of contraindications for its use is long and includes: capillary skin, atopic skin, dry skin and red skin, seborrheic dermatitis, folliculitis, pruritus, eczema, allergies and injuries and skin damage.
