How to cleanse face with coconut oil?

Gather a bit of coconut oil and keep it in your hands to let it melt a little due to the warmth – it will be easier for you to apply it in a moment. Spread coconut oil over your face. Massage it gently into skin and then put a warm towel on your face. The warmth will work like a hot dressing and help open your skin pores so as to clean them. Apple vinegar is a great product to tone face skin with. It restores the right skin’s pH level, acidifies it, counteracts clogged skin pores, protects skin against dehydration and excessive sebum production. Apple vinegar pH equals 5,5 so it’s really close to human skin’s pH.

For that reason, apple vinegar will constitute the perfect emulsion to tone your skin. Mix it with water (you can use mineral water or just regular tap water, but pre-boil it) in the following proportions: 1 part of oil for every 2 parts of water. Keep wiping your face with a cotton pad until it is clean. When your skin is finally cleansed with your vinegar toner and gets dry, apply your favourite day face cream.

3. HONEY AND LEMON FACE CLEANSING LOTION

Honey and lemon make a perfect match when it comes to face contitioning. Both of them are good at moisturising, display antiseptic properties, acidify skin, soothe it and calm it down. Naturally, they also are good at making skin clean. Honey is famous for its antibacterial properties and additionally it contains multitude of antioxidants that slow down skin ageing processes and help fight back acne.

Lemon juice is a strong antioxidant, contains a high concentration of vitamin C, highlights skin, reduces visibility of discolorations, prevents microorganism multiplication and works like an astringent.

The combination of honey and lemon juice deals with skin cleansing just wonderfully. Mix thoroughly both of the ingredients: 2 teaspoons of honey with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Warm the emulsion on your fingers and apply to your face by massaging it gently. Leave it until it gets dry. Later, rinse it off using warm water.

4. YOGHURT FACE MILK

Basically, regular application of lactic acid facilitates skin self-detoxifying processes and helps it get rid of dead epidermal cells. Moreover, lactic acid displays gently exfoliating properties. Natural yoghurt (best if bio) can be used instead of a regular makeup removing milk. Gently keep massaging a thin coat of natural yoghurt into skin. Leave the yoghurt on your skin to let it unclog skin pores and collect all makeup cosmetic residues along with other impurities. After approximately 5 minutes wipe it off using a towel dampen with warm water.
